WWE wrestler Kane (Glenn Jacobs) wins a primary, is GOP nominee for Tennessee mayoral race

On Tuesday the WWE wrestler Glenn Jacobs, also known as Kane won a Republican primary race which made him the nominee for the next Mayor of the Knox country. Jacobs who enclosed Brad Anders by just 17 votes in a fight against Democrat Linda Haney in the general elections which is dated to be held on Aug 2. It is much expected that Jacob would win, yet his victory would not be official for a few days because of the bleak margins of triumph and a broad array of provisional ballots to be counted.

Jacob tweed expressing gratitude towards the people who put votes in favor of him on Wednesday. “Thanks to everyone who helped win this historic victory!! The people who cast a ballot for me, my great team, my wonderful volunteers. Looking forward to VICTORY in the general election!”- He added.

In addition to his wrestling career, Kane works as an insurance agent and is a true libertarian by heart. In the past, he has executed several campaigns that target improved infrastructure, low taxes, and limited government.

His WWE biography portal defines him to be “a monstrous abomination that seems to have been extracted directly from your childhood nightmares.”

WWE tweeted “It looks like @KaneWWE is on his way to being the next mayor of Knox County, Tennessee!” wishing a good luck to Glenn.
