US President Donald Trump stated that the United State has planned to assemble their nuclear arsenal after declaring that it is parting apart the Cold War nuclear treaty, another global power Russia gave warning that the withdrawal can weaken the global security.

US President instigated 5the global concern by announcing that he wanted to cast off the three-decade-old  (INF) Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty which is signed by the last Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev and Former US President Ronald Reagan.

As an explanation of his decision, in Washington, Donald Trump told the news reporters that, “ Russia had not adhered to the spirit  of the agreement or to the agreement itself.”

He added, “ until people come to their senses, we will build it up ”, referring to America’s nuclear stockpile. He said, “ This should have been done years ago”.

The US President continued, “It is a threat to whoever you want and it includes China and Russia. And it includes anybody else who wants to play that game. You can’t do that. You can’t play that game.”

“ Until they get smart, there is going to be nobody that is going to be even close to us.”

However, Russia gave warning that parting apart the agreement would be a vital issue for the global security.

According to the Russian Security Council, Moscow has no problem to work with the United States for the recovery of the agreement. After a meeting between US National Security Advisor John Bolton and the chief of Russian Security Council, Nikolai Patrushev Moscow has clearly disclosed their concern.

John Bolton told in the interview with a Russian broadsheet, Kommersant, “ The position was very firmly announced by Russia that they did not believe that they were breaching the INF treaty.”

He said, “you can not bring somebody into compliance who does not think they are in breach”, including the treaty seems to have run its course.
