Replying to the United States offer to talk with Iran without preconditions, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani claims that it was Washington, which had left the negotiating table and it “should return to normal state”.

On Monday, the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that the United States is ready to engage with Iran without any preconditions about its nuclear program, but wants Iran to behave like “a normal nation”.

President Rouhani was quoted saying, “The other side that left the negotiating table and breached a treaty should return to normal state. Until then, we do not have a choice but resistance.”
