The US President Donald Trump said that he would enforce fresh approvals on Iran but that he is interested in a deal to boost its drooping economy, a remarkable move for diminishing tensions following the shooting down a US drone uncrewed drone of the United States this week by the Islamic Republic.
An Iranian missile wrecked a US Global Hawk surveillance drone, for a specific incident, that Washington claimed it happened in international airspace. The US President said he had blocked a military strike for the purpose of counterattack because it could have killed 150 people.
Tehran repeated that the drone was shot down over its region and said it would respond securely to any US threat. In Washington, before leading to the US Presidential recoil at Camp David, the US President recommended the government was following a diplomatic path to pressurize Tehran by shifting to impose new sanctions.
Military action was “always on the table,” the President said, but he included that he was open to rapidly fixing a deal with Iran that he said would boost the drooping economy of the country.
The US President said, “ we will call it ‘Let’s make Iran great again”. Later he wrote on Twitter from Camp David, “ we are putting major additional Sanctions on Iran on Monday. I look forward to the day that Sanctions come off Iran, and they become a productive and prosperous nation again.”
The Trump administration has attempted to find to use promises of economic upswing for resolving spun foreign policy challenges, along with the Israel-Palestine peace process, with the White House figuring a plan to create an international investment sponsor for lifting the Palestinian and adjacent Arab state economies.
Both the US President and Tehran have said they are not urging a war, but Iran has alerted of a “ crushing” reply if attacked. Foreign Ministry representative Abbas Mousavi told in media, Iran will strongly respond to any kind of aggression or threat by the United States. He professed, “ Regardless of any decision they (U.S. officials) make… we will not allow any of Iran’s borders to be violated. Iran will firmly confront any aggression or threat by America”. A senior commander of the elite Revolutionary Guards hit a similarly resistant note, in statements mentioned by the Islamic media.
