As the White House Representative Nancy Pelosi functionally blocked the US President Donald Trump to deliver the annual address in Congress, the President declared that he would address before the State of Union while the extant government shutdown ends. The President posted in his twitter, “As the Shutdown was going on, Nancy Pelosi asked me to give the State of the Union Address. I agreed, ”.

He added, “She then changed her mind because of the Shutdown, suggesting a later date. This is her prerogative – I will do the Address when the Shutdown is over. ”

Trump also said that he was not finding an alternative place because no one can challenge to the history, importance, and tradition of the White House Chamber, including the waiting to give a great address in the near future.

Usually, the annual speech of the US President previously programmed for next Tuesday is conveyed before a joint session of Congress in the elaborated chamber of the White House of the Representatives. In an attempt to impact the aptitude of Ms Nancy Pelosi , who had already pleaded  to Trump for rescheduling the congressional speech due to security concerns during US government shutdown phase, the US President had told her, claiming that it would be, “ so very sad for our Country if the State of the Union were not delivered on time, on schedule, and very importantly, on location!”

But being a figure of Democratic opposition to the US President in Congress, Ms. Nancy Pelosi forced back, notifying the President that the White House would not approve the speech in the chamber. The declination sent the establishment of Washington into the unmapped territory, and all but pushed the US President to withdraw over his address.
