On Friday, Pacific Fleet of Russia has accused the United States warship of nearly causing a clash with country’s military vessel in the East China Sea, due to what it termed dangerous manoeuvring, reports source.

Russian Navy was quoted saying that the Chancellorsville, which is a guided-missile cruiser, had come within just 50-metres of Russia’s Admiral Vinogradov. Hence, it was bound to take an emergency action to avoid the accident.
