US President Donald Trump presented to invite today for a rescinding of AT & T in order to force “ big changes” at CNN after condemning the network coverage of the cable news as he started a visit to Britain.
He wrote on Twitter, “ I believe that if people stopped using or subscribing to @ATT, they would be forced to make big changes at @CNN, which is dying in the ratings anyway”.He also added, “ It is so unfair with such bad, Fake News! Why wouldn’t they act? When the World watches @CNN, it gets a false picture of the USA. Sad!”.
The US President has had a running feud with CNN, which was gained by AT & T earlier this year in a merger with Time-Warner which was opposed unsuccessfully by the Justice Department.
The US President protested on the arrival in Britain that he had noticed CNN “ for a brief while” as a primary source of US news but turned it off.
He also added, “all negative & so much Fake News, very bad for the US. Big ratings drop. Why doesn’t owner @ATT do something? ”
