1 Died, 7 Injured After Gunman Opens Fire In Baltimore

On Sunday, at least one died when an unknown gunman opened fire in southwest Baltimore in the late evening, reports police.

A police spokesperson Chakia Fennoy was quoted saying that the incident took place on the 2500 block of Edmondson Avenue in Maryland’s Baltimore.

Local media source noted that the incident was reported after 5 pm and almost seven people were aimlessly shot.  

One man was found dead near Perkins Square Baptist Church, while the six others, including women and men, were shifted to the hospital for necessary medical aid.

However, no additional details of the shooting have been reported yet.
