UN Security Council Calls Emergency Meetings With Ukraine - TNBC USA

According to the US ambassador of UN, Nikki Haley said the Security Council will call an urgent meeting after the confirmation of Russia that it has grabbed three naval ships of Ukraine by the force in a strait nearby Moscow-associated Crimea.

She tweeted, “An emergency Security Council meeting has been called for tomorrow at 11:00 am.

The diplomatic sources told news agency AFP, the meeting was pleaded by both Ukraine, Russia. Ukraine’s navy had blamed Russia for the revolutionary incident, including bullet firing on the vessels in the Kerch Strait, a confined waterway that scopes the access to the Sea of Azov that is used by both countries.

The FSB security service of Russia, said, “In order to stop the Ukrainian military ships, weapons were used ”, ensuring that “ three Ukrainian navy ships were boarded and searched”.

According to the Ukrainian navy the incident happened as a tugboat and two small warships were colliding through straightly in the port of Mariupol. The navy said the guard in Russian border had beaten the tugboat in “openly aggressive actions ” and then encountered on the ships, freezing all three. It includes the Kerch Strait was choked by a tanker, and the military aircraft of Russia were mounting over the area. Though Ukraine claimed six soldiers were wounded, while the FSB stated only three had suffered in the severe injuries which were non-life threatening and were provided medical treatment.
