US President Donald Trump pinched the supreme US General of Iraq War, John Abizaid who has studied in the Middle East and the representative to Saudi Arabia for the increasing resistance between the persistent allies.
Abizaid leaded US Central Command which represents the Middle East, as a fluent Arabic speaker of Lebanese Christian antecedent, during the Iraq war after the takeover of US between 2003 to 2007.
The 67 years aged Former General of Iraq War stated about Saudi Arabia in his thesis paper of master degree researching how the kingdom imposed its decisions on defence expenses. The paper won compliments in the academic circles.
Being a California native, Abizaid took his graduate degree from the Military Academy of US at West Point and later achieved a scholarship in the study in Jordan where he polished his Arabic in which he was not fluent in his child.
Trump has delayed filling the key posts with promises to reshuffle Washington. But the vacant post of the ambassador in Riyadh, almost two years in his presidency has become more crucial which cannot prevent the rising tensions between the countries.
Us President Donald Trump who counterfeited a close bonding with Saudi Arabia after taking the responsibility of the administration, has also been compelled to condemn the kingdom and its influential Crown Prince, Mohammed Bin Salman, after the assassination of US-based columnist of Washington Post, as well as Saudi critic Jamal Khashoggi by a murderer team sent by Saudi kingdom in Istanbul inside the Saudi Consulate.
