Ram Janmabhoomi trust chief tested positive - TNBC USA

The trust head of Ayodhya Ram janmabhoomi Teertha Kshetra Mahant Nritya Gopal Das has been tested positive for Covid-19 On Thursday. As per the officials he has been shifted to Medanta Hospital in Gurgaon for further treatment.

The president, who shared the dais with PM Narendra Modi and UP CM Yogi Adityanath during the inauguration of Ram Mandir on the 5th of August was feeling uncomfortable due to high fever and breathlessness during 6.30 am on Thursday.

The Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath has already inquired about his health Status and requested Dr. Naresh Trehan of Medanta Hospital to give immediate medical support to the saint. Also instructed the Mathura District magistrate to provide all possible medical support to Mahant Nritya Gopal Das.

Prominently, before the Gala ceremony, 14 on-duty policemen and a priest had also tested positive for coronavirus.

The Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Sanjeev Yadav of the medical Department of Mathura administration has started preparing a list of close contacts of the priest. He said “At this point, we do not know the exact number of primary and secondary contacts. The doctor tasked with preparing the list is currently with the priest. The ashram in which he stayed will be sanitized and other priests living there quarantined. We are expecting a long list since the priest went to Ayodhya and then came back to Mathura,”

On Wednesday, The Saint who is also the head of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Nyas in Mathura attended Janmashtami Celebration at Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura Deeg marg and performed rituals there.
