India Banned Further 47 Chinese Apps, more 275 Apps are now under the Radar includes popular gaming App PUBG - TNBC USA

Last month the banning of 59 Chinese Apps including the famous social media App tiktok has created a worldwide applause for the move against the Communist party of China. 

On Friday, The Information and Technology Ministry Banned further 47 Apps more, which are said to be cloned that allowed People to access the previous Banned Apps. One of the App named TikTok Lite which was there in the list. 

The Ministry also published further 275 Apps which are now under inspection includes popular gaming Apps like Batle Royalem, PUBG, Photo sharing app Ulike and Chinese Ecommerce giant AliExpress. The Apps will be scrutinised and action will be taken there after if there is a threat to national and user security. 

“The Ministry of Information Technology has received many complaints from various sources, including several reports about misuse of some mobile apps available on Andriod and iOs platforms for stealing and surreptitiously transmitting users’ data in an unauthorised manner to servers which have locations outside India,” the government stated on June 29

Upon the complaints the officals said this is a serious threat to national security of India. It is a matter of deep concern and required immediate measures.
