A  country club patron said in a statement released by attorney Michael Avenatti that he can bring the criminal accusation against Tucker Carlson as the mobile video showed that the host of Fox News appeared to threaten him during a tassel at the bar.

In Charlottesville of Virginia, while Juan Manuel Granados sits at the Farmington Country Club Bar, Tucker Carlson shouts repeatedly saying, “You better get the f— out of here!” on 13th October. After a moment, an unrecognized man who was standing with Carlson suddenly grabbed the collar of Granados and appeared to jerk him up from his seat at that moment the others prevent the clash of confrontation.

Carlson has not debated on the actual happenings and even he voluntarily has given a statement in which he has said that before the video begins, his son pitched a glass of wine on the face of Granado. But the conventional news host refused to confess about the assault on Granado and charged him for provoking a tussle by instigating the daughter of Carlson.

After releasing the video by Avanti on Twitter, Carlson wrote in his statement to the reporters, “It took enormous self-control not to beat the man with a chair, which is what I wanted to do”.

According to the version of Carlson, the incident was very provoking while he was having dinner with his two adult children along with some friends at the club on 13th October.

He said, “Toward the end of the meal, my 19-year-old daughter went to the bathroom with a friend,” he said in his statement, which Mediaite and other outlets obtained from Fox News. “On their way back through the bar, a middle-aged man stopped my daughter and asked if she was sitting with Tucker Carlson”.

Avenatti said, “She was intoxicated. Granados had been drinking, too, and finally told the woman, without realizing she was Carlson’s daughter, “ “I can’t believe you’re having dinner with him”.

Granados said, “I NEVER called any member of his family any names,” Granados said. “I never attacked his daughter as Tucker claims. … Tucker has created this story out of thin air – it never happened”.
