US President Donald Trump is undergoing through an embarrassing defeat by the opinion of US senators, including Republican associates, who voted to cease his announcement of an emergency on the border between US and Mexico.

The undeniable response of the US President was very prompt: “ VETO”, after joining of dozen of Republicans and Democrats in polling to rescind the emergency order, the US President tweeted and announced as an option to ensure the alternative sponsor for the border wall declined by the Congress.

The opponents had contended that the decision of emergency declaration by the US President estimated to executive enforcement claiming a vote to retrench his authority would take care of constitutionally authority separation of powers in Washington.

A number of Republicans had already commented publicly against the declaration in February. But on the morning of the polling, the bubble of mutiny increase to 12 Republicans, and the final tally was a resonating 59 to 41.

The US President Donald Trump clearly moving his step to utilize VETO powers for overriding any kind of Congressional blockage, to execute his Mexican border-wall scheme, after failing to acquire enough support of the Republicans into line.

The US President tweeted, “ I look forward to VETOING the just passed Democrat inspired Resolution which would OPEN BORDERS while increasing Crime, Drugs, and Trafficking in our Country”, following up on his preliminary response in one-word.

He told, “ I thank all of the Strong Republicans who voted to support Border Security and are desperately needed WALL!”.

Unless there is a remarkable weakening of support for Trump among congressional Republicans on the border issue, the first VETO in his Presidential span is assumed to stand.

The Senate and House of Representative would require a two-thirds majority for overriding a block by the White House, and both parties claim the numbers are not supposed to be there.

The US President told, “ It won’t be overturned and the legal scholars say it’s totally constitutional”.
