Amazon picks 2 US cities for its split headquarters, report - TNBC USA

On Tuesday, Amazon.com Inc made an announcement that it has picked Northern Virginia and New York City to be the sites for its second and third headquarters, reports the Wall Street Journal.

According to the decision of Amazon, other cities of the United States may also receive major sites, which would end a more-than-year-long contest that commenced with 238 candidates and end with a surprise split of its so-called WSJ and HQ2, cited people familiar with the issue.
