A standard 11 student of a popular school in Ajmer, Rajasthan has alleged his classmates and seniors of sexually harassing him. The school filed a complaint as soon as they were informed about the incident by the boy’s parents, who wrote a letter to the principal of the school. They wrote in the letter that their son was forced to intake drugs and alcohol that was followed by sexual harassment.
As per information, the abused student had just been admitted to the boarding school in July. The accused student number is six, whose names are mentioned in the complaint letter has assaulted the innocent boy a number of times between July 10 to July 20.
After the innocent boy returned from a training session in a different city, he returned back and immediately ran away from the school. The next morning his parents brought him back to school to inform the principal about the incident going into the school particularly with him.
When the school authority asked for detailing, the parents of the boy asked for a few more times and left the school premises.
Later that day, the Principal of the school received a complaint letter from the parents detailed about sexual harassment of their son at school. On Tuesday, immediately after receiving the letter, Principal of the school lodges an FIR. This case comes under the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act.
However, the school refused to share any details about the punishment of those six suspects, whether the school has suspended them or not. The Principal said, “We are waiting for the police to finish their investigation. In the meantime, we have initiated an internal inquiry.”
