On Thursday, Jet Airways discussed with its Key stakeholders and employees about measures to implement cost-cutting such as reducing in staff salaries.
As per as the plan of Jet Airways, the progressing chat with employees includes pilots, is focus on the drafting of a “healthier and a more resilient business.”
In a statement, the owner of Jet Airways expressed that “Jet Airways has been implementing several measures to help it reduce cost as well as realize higher revenues for desired business efficiencies.”
It continued, “Some of these include sales and distribution, payroll and maintenance, among many others. As part of this approach, the airline management is in dialogue with key stakeholders to enlist their full support and cooperation for realizing necessary savings across all parts of the business.”

Recently, the airline is in the progress of 225 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft that will be initiated into convoy within the next decade, of which to join the financial year 11 are already slated.
