Akhilesh Yadav says conspiracy behind reports of damage to Lucknow bungalow he vacated

After the Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik summoned the chief minister Yogi Adityanath to take a measure towards the damage found in the government abode came Akhilesh Yadav’s statement.

On Monday the former chief minister of Uttar Pradesh and Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav said that there was a conspiracy behind the reports saying that he hindered the recently vacated bungalow issued by the government.

The leader said the Bharatiya Janata Party which is the ongoing ruling power in the Uttar Pradesh that it is clattered by the repeated defeats in the elections.

However, his statement came to post the issue of a notice by the governor of UP to the CM Adityanath in order to take action for the damage of government accommodation.

An official spokesman said that the governor sent a letter to Yogi that contained the issue of the damage caused to the government housing complex “4, Vikramaditya Marg bungalow” after it was left over by the former chief minister Yadav.

This has been emerging as the talk of the town among the masses and media. Naik termed the damage as “improper and a serious issue”, and added that the residences allotted to former CMs are owned by the estate.

“Therefore, appropriate action as per law should be taken for causing damage to government property,” – he said.

In the recent times, the government had cited the senior officials for a probe into the condition of the bungalows vacated by former CMs as per an order issued by the Supreme Court.
