Omega 3

Omega 3 is basically healthy fat, which includes EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid), ALA (Alpha Linolenic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid).

Some yogurt, milk and bread brand are enriched in Omega 3 as ALA is usually added to them. Fishes like Marlin, Shark, and Swordfish must be avoided by a pregnant woman as they contain mercury, which is unhealthy. Other groups may also eat, not more than one part of this mercury contains fish in a week.

Heath and Food Supplements Information Service reports that Omega 3 supplements were considered helpful for a healthy heart but it is not that easy to choose the modest food. Omega 3 is not that helpful for a child or for older people. For should who does not intake oily fish supplements can rely on vegetables and other protein and vitamin containing food products.

Omega 3 is also helpful for a good eyesight, brain, and immune function. Therefore, it is not always about a healthy heart.
